Who We Are

The Band Booster Club is a volunteer organization made up of parents and guardians that support our high school band in many ways. Our success depends greatly on parent and guardian participation. One of the best ways to stay involved in your child's high school years is being a part of our club.

Our meetings are held in the Band Hall. During this time we talk about upcoming events and how we as a group can help the band.

Here are some examples of how you as a Booster

Parent/Guardian can be involved:

  • Working the concession stands at the Irving Schools Stadium.

  • Participating in fundraisers throughout the school year.

  • Giving your input at meetings regarding important decisions for the booster club.

  • Joining different committees to plan upcoming events for our band kids.

Other Ways To Help The Band

  • Take part in volunteering on "The Crew".

  • Supply the band with drinks during halftime and practices (all students are asked to bring (2) 12-packs of drinks to the band hall).

  • Supply the band with water during football games.

  • Help the directors issue Uniforms, Tuxedos and Dresses.

  • Help the directors check-in Uniforms, Tuxedos and Dresses at the end of the season.

  • Assist and participate in fund raising activities.

  • Attend all performances and show your support!
